Return Eligibility & Conditions

Only damaged or incorrect orders are eligible for return.

Notify us within 5 days of delivery by providing:

Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging

Unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened, showing the full unpacking and condition of the item

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and proof of purchase included.

Non-returnable items include:

Items marked as "Final Sale"

Handicrafts with natural variations

Minor imperfections

Ceramic/fragile goods with small bubbles or slight size differences

Hygiene-related or personalized products

No returns for change of mind or size/color preferences.
Return Process

Send your return request (with photos and unboxing video) to: returns@rigvedaa.com

On approval, our team will arrange eligible pickup (where available).

Return Pickup Coverage: Pickup is available in select locations. If not available, we may request you ship the item to our return address, and shipping reimbursement will be provided only after approval.

Please pack the product securely before return.

Condition Check Reminder: Carefully inspect your parcel at delivery and record an unboxing video as soon as you open the package. This supports return claims for damage/mistakes.

Once received and checked, you’ll be notified via email or phone.

Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection. Refunds are made to your original payment method or as store credit (valid 3 months).

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once shipped.

Unaccepted deliveries are not eligible for refund.

Declining COD delivery may impact future ordering privileges.

Refunds cover only product value; shipping/packaging costs are not refundable.

Shipping Damage Clause: Visible damage at delivery should be immediately reported to both the courier and Rigvedaa, supported by photos and an unboxing video.

Fraud Prevention Notice: Misleading, edited, or unrelated photos/videos submitted as proof are grounds for claim rejection and may restrict future orders.

All information shared for returns—including photos, videos, and contact details—is handled confidentially and used only for processing your request.
